How We Utilize AI, Automation and Robots

The 21st century is already complicated enough. The least we can do for each other is to be kind and not spam.

Are you a real person?

Yes! My name is Lorentz and I live in Ypsilanti, Michigan with my family, including my beautiful partner in life and real estate, Christine.

If you call/text me, is that really you?

Yup! It’s Lorentz or Christine! If my iPhone is working right,  you can even see my texts as blue in iMessage 🙂

AI Use: Digital Art and Copyediting

Sometimes I use Midjourney and ChatGPT to generate drafts for my digital art or vamping up a social media post. Honestly, the AI result is generally so bad that it inspires me to create something totally different, or I use it as a placeholder until I find the correct photo. Do you disagree with my opinions on AI? Let’s talk about it.

Bottom Line: When you work with us, you work with a licensed & trained human professional, not AI.

If you have feedback regarding our automation, spam, and/or privacy policies, we are open to feedback.

Emails

I utilize programs that schedule emails out to clients and prospects. These typically fall into a few categories:

Automated Market Updates

If these become annoying or not useful, please let me know and I can change or end them.

Follow Ups & Transaction Management

I write, then send manually or schedule these emails for clients and prospective customers.

Automated Valuations

The big number touting what the house is worth. These algorithms are impressive and complex, but the final determination of the “worth” of a home is made by human beings. Algorithms advise but do not make decisions.
